Policies are here to help and inform you with information before booking. 

A fee is required for booking. I do require a $50 deposit fee that can be sent to my Venmo ( Violet-Prado), This will count towards the service and appointment to save your spot, if failure to send the deposit there will be no scheduled appointment. deposit must be sent to schedule the service, deposit is non - refundable.

cancellation

When canceling or rescheduling please notify me 24 - 48 hours ahead of time. if canceled or rescheduled a couple of hours before the service you will be charged $10 extra. deposit non- refundable.

no show

If running late for any reason please notify me, I do allow a 15 minute grace period to arrive to the appointment. If failure to show up, you will lose the appointment and will be charged $10 extra. deposit non - refundable.

Please allow 24 hours for a response I will try to respond as soon as possible. Better way to reach out to me is by text or my Instagram Hairby.Violeta. I do not answer phone calls if I am with a client or busy.

Also please don’t double book appointments hair takes time and I want to give everyone of my clients a full salon experience.

Please come to your appointments alone, as the salon I work at doesn’t allow kids. So please Leave your lovely kiddos at home.
